So it's all icey and snowy outside. I have to battle my way to work in all of it tomorrow for Midnight Madness, because market research has shown that there's at least 3-4 poor white guys who forgot to get a Christmas gift for their wife and it's either the Apple Store to buy an iPod or Walgreens to buy scented candles and they tried that last year and are lucky enough to still be married.
Have you ever watched Days of our Lives? Rarely do I get caught up in something like that but I watched some episodes back in California while Marlena was on her killing streak. Come to find out, everybody she killed is really alive and on an island... but like some of them have gotten off or something and now some are in a castle... I'm not really sure. Just a nice little paragraph to take up space. I want a new PowerBook but I need time to work on my book. There's a book on the market called the Mac OS X Conversion Kit that details the changes from OS 9 to OS X along with screenshots of both for people who upgrade, but there is no book on the market that does the same thing from Windows to Mac, showing how you do stuff on Windows on the left and how you do stuff in Mac OS X on the right. I've tried to start it several times but never really get anywhere. Maybe I can work on that and finish something before the end of the year. I did get up and get to work by 6AM today to replace our window display. The one we had before was really yucky and involved frosted panels and mirrors. It wasn't executed nicely enough for it to look good, so now there is a very simple window display with banners and iPods and iMacs. Hopefully we can sell more of those as we hit Christmas. frusterbated boi [
